An Easterling who was unhappy with the peace arrangements made between the King of Gondor and his father, Borlad, at a meeting held in Emyn Arnen in the winter of 3035/F.A. 14.
In the summer of 3036/F.A.15, Bór came to Emyn Arnen with the intention of assassinating Faramir. Finding Faramir without his guard and with his young nephew, Déor, and realising that Déor was the son of the king of Rohan, Bór resolved to kidnap him. Faramir killed him.
